Villa Perle - Elegant TS4 Mansion

I have another lot situated on the 50x50 in Willow Creek. Villa Perle is a large mansion done in the style of a French country chateau at least that was the original idea, though it became something of its own monster after a while. It has lots of space for a big filthy rich sim family. Here are the features:

  • 6 Bedrooms
  • 6 Full Baths
  • Library
  • Kid's Playroom
  • Formal Gardens
  • Bar and lounge

First Sims 4 Build - Suburban Dream House

My very first TS4 lot is a large family home under the name Suburban Dream House. Not very original I know, but that's what popped into my head when building it. The lot has a bunch of space and can fit the largest of sim families with ease. Here's a list of features:

6 bedrooms
5 and 1/2 baths
Study
Gym
Music room
Nursery
Garden
Playground

You can find the lot in the gallery by searching for my Origin ID: Fischio7 or using the hastags: #nursery, #gym, #study, #Fischio

White Sands - Contemporary Beach House

Back in June I completed a new modern build called White Sands for the Sims 3 website's summer showcase. The style is sleek and ultra modern that focuses on comfort and serenity in the landscaping and interior spaces. The interiors were inspired by a fantastic modern home in Cape Town, South Africa designed by SAOTA. Lot features:

3 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
Lofted office
Open floorplan
Detached art studio
Aquarium pool
Gym and dojo
Home theater/entertainment room

You can download the lot from the exchange here: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=8298135

Back and with a new lot to share: Tyntesfield

After a 2 year hiatus from all things Sims related I have rediscovered my love for this fantastic game series. I have a shiny new lot to share, and I hope to continue to create for the Sims 3 game and the soon to be released Sims 4.

With that in mind I'd like to present my latest creation or rather recreation of the beautiful country manor house named Tyntesfield. The real life version is found outside Wraxall, England and housed generations of the Gibbs family until the National Trust purchased the house. It has recently been renovated and remains open to the public. My version of this stunning example of gothic revial architecture is built on a 64x64 lot and features over 50 rooms. List of contents:

  • 11 Bedrooms including a nursery and butler apartment
  • 9 Bathrooms
  • 3 Sitting rooms
  • Library
  • Office/second library
  • Alchemy/magic room
  • Secret laboratory
  • Game room
  • Music room with stage
  • Art studio
  • Collection rooms: separate spaces for gems, metals, artwork, insects, and relics
